Wheel-throwing

Instructor | Katayoun Amjadi

Get muddy with a buddy and dive into the world of ceramics. My classes are project based, and in the wheel-throwing session you will learn the basics of centering clay and building a cylinder, cup, bowl or an object(s) of your choosing. With hands-on guidance and all the necessary materials provided, you'll be able to create unique and personalized works of art. Join me for a fun and fulfilling experience that combines relaxation, skill-building, and the satisfaction of making something beautiful with your own hands. My studio is warm and welcoming, my teaching style is fun and very supportive, and these classes are tailored to fit the group we have in each session. They can be perfect for a parent and child, couples looking for a creative shared experience or for anyone looking to get just a little muddy. My wheel-throwing classes are currently limited to two students per session. Class fee includes instructions, materials/tools, tea/biscuits or wine/nuts, and one project bisque and glaze fired and ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks.
